FAQ/Disabling ReportList Redirect

If there are no reports in the Izenda Report List, the default behavior is to redirect to the Report Designer.
The highlighted piece of code on the attached screenshot implements that behavior.
If this piece of code is removed, user will stay on ReportList even if there are no reports.
